Christmas Wishes from InnerOrigin

Dear Community (Customers, Advocates, Merchants Suppliers and Staff),

We would like to take this opportunity wish you the complements of the season and to thank you all for participating in the vision of our InnerOrigin Community. It has been an empowering and rewarding journey so far as we have seen people’s lives transform in so many ways; physical, mental, emotional and financial.

Our Merchant Suppliers have gained access to customers and evangelists who are in support of their products and services, understand their passion and commitment, and appreciate the value they bring to the community. Their specials, promotions and refinements have empowered the journey.

We have observed Advocates growing in self-confidence, ability and skill as they embrace their new home based businesses with passion and commitment. They see InnerOrigin for what it is, a movement, a revolution, and an opportunity to change the way we all do business with each other. They get the idea of building a sustainable business eco system that empowers the customer, advocate and merchant alike, each getting an opportunity to win from interaction and engagement within the community.

Our staff have shown incredible commitment and dedication to the task of supporting our community, doing more than they are paid for, going beyond the normal requirements expected of any employee and truly understanding that they impact many lives with their decisions and actions.

Our patient and supportive shareholders have been encouraged by the amazing results we have achieved in 13 short months of business operations with the pending expansion into the New Zealand market, the Daigou markets in China and the preparations for the opening of the USA, this ambitious project is gaining momentum and traction as it creates Australian start-up history.

Finally, our loyal customers have really made it all worthwhile. They have seen InnerOrigin provide access for remote communities, value for money, standard pricing, shipping and education as an easy way to making what you put in, on and around your body the path to wellness.

2017 has been exciting, challenging and inspirational and it augers well for 2018.

& Merry Christmas

Don’t Crash Diet, Improve Your Nutrition in 4 Easy Ways

Don't Crash Diet, Improve Your Nutrition in 4 Easy Ways

Your health is affected by the food that you eat.  Having said that if you would like to feel healthier and lose weight, crash dieting and making radical changes to your food habits are often unsustainable and counterproductive choices.

So what can you do instead? Taking small but positive steps towards improving your nutrition and creating healthy food habits may produce slower results but these small steps work! Over time, small changes in your daily food habits can make a big difference in your overall health. Here are some ideas to start you on your journey.

Include more protein in your everyday diet

A high metabolic rate burns more calories. Protein increases your metabolic rate. According to studies, a diet that includes high protein gives metabolism a boost by 80 to 100 calories a day. Protein also tends to reduce your hunger, which, in turn, means you eat less. There are many other benefits that protein offers your health such as lower blood pressure, stronger bones, and increased muscle mass.

Good sources of protein include eggs, fish, meat, seafood, poultry, legumes and beans and full-fat dairy products.

Eat lots of fruits and green vegetables

Yep, you’ve heard this before. Fruits and green vegetables contain vital vitamins for your body’s optimum function. Including them in your diet will have a positive effect on your overall health. If you are busy, work long hours, and feel time-poor, fresh fruits are a simple, no preparation snack to have on hand.

Replace unhealthy oils and fats with good oils and fats

Avoid refined vegetable oils as well as trans fats. They have an excessive amount of Omega-6 fatty acids which can increase your risk of cancer and heart disease. Health benefits can be gained from replacing these with saturated or monounsaturated fats which you can get from avocado oil, olive oil as well as coconut oil.

Don’t skip your breakfast!

Breakfast really is the most important meal of the day.  It’s a fallacy that skipping breakfast will help you lose weight and in fact, can have the opposite effect. Yes, missing breakfast can actually make you gain weight!

Creating a healthy eating pattern is a marathon, not a sprint. Quick, radical changes can yield results but these too are often short-lived.

Focus on how your diet makes you feel, and adopt long-term healthier habits. You’ll find that your weight will balance itself out along the way.
